I was previously lacking direction and motivation when I went to the gym. However, after starting with Stuart I now feel like I have clear targets to work towards and a greater understanding of the principles of training and the process I need to implement to achieve my goals.
As a scratch golfer I am always looking for ways to improve my game. Working with Stuart we broke down the mechanics of my swing to develop a specific plan. Through the completion of this plan I was able to improve both the power and balance of my swing.
Sessions are always varied and specific to my goals. I am delighted with the progress I have made, having seen significant improvements both aesthetically and with my overall fitness in a short period. If you follow the plan and commit yourself, you will see results. It’s a simple as that!
